Maybe you’ve heard other writers rave about using Scrivener but are reluctant to learn new software? More than a word processor, Scrivener is a writing environment that brings every element of your project together in one place: drafts, revisions, concepts, index cards, outlines, research, web links, photos, and media. It is designed for any kind of project: manuscript, short story, poetry, blog, presentation, screenplay, textbook…whatever.
This two-part workshop will teach you all the basic features, and then graduate you onto a survey of intermediate and advanced features.
Scrivener Basic (workshop 1) will focus on importing your existing material.
Scrivener Intermediate (workshop 2) will show you how to work with your material using best practices, tips & tricks, and how to export for submission and publishing.
The workshops are a week apart so you can apply, practice, and play with what you’ve learned. But, each workshop is a stand alone lesson so you can attend one, two, or none. The choice is yours!
