An experienced instructor, Marie Cordell has taught Academic, Technical, and Creative Writing courses and served as a writing tutor at several colleges and universities, including Fordham University, Fairfield University, and SUNY Purchase College. She is adept at assisting with all aspects of the writing process, from idea generation and research to editing and polishing a final draft. Before her academic career, Marie worked in Editorial at Greenwood Press and, as a candidate for the MFA in Writing at Vermont College of Fine Arts, she served as an Editorial Assistant for the literary journal, Hunger Mountain.
