Dialogue is one of the most important ways to “show”, not “tell.” It brings characters to life and engages readers. Realistic, dynamic, and and/or humorous dialogue is one of the keys to a good memoir. In this two-hour seminar, we will explore ways to write authentic dialogue. Dialogue that flows naturally based on a character’s upbringing, education and other factors that make them who they are.
