LISA PIERCE FLORES
A poetry editor for Inkwell journal and founding editor of Living in Stamford magazine, Lisa Pierce Flores’s essays, journalism, fiction, and poetry have been published in Till the Tide: An Anthology of Mermaid Poetry,The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, HealthyLife, The Jewish Daily Forward, POEM, Stand, West Wind Review, Lullwater Review and Gloom Cupboard.
She teaches writing at Fairfield University and Manhattanville College, where she earned her MFA and served as an inaugural Writing Center Fellow. She is also author of The History of Puerto Rico (Greenwood, 2010), an exploration of her family's ancestral homeland.
