At Westport Writers’ Workshop, everyone is a writer. We believe that all people, especially the underserved communities, benefit from the healing power of writing and story-telling.

 

We offer scholarships to help eligible writers partially fund their workshop tuition. Apply here.

 

Since 2019, we’ve established the Westport Writers’ Workshop Outreach Fund to offer underserved communities FREE writing workshops taught by our distinguished instructors.

We are offering, or have offered, free in-person and online workshops to these communities:
