Writing Cultural Narratives

Service Description

In this workshop for beginner and intermediate writers, we will focus on developing fiction and/or nonfiction with a cultural component. We’ll examine elements of craft such as setting, dialogue and food, practice constructive critiquing, and enjoy prompts designed to help generate new ideas and refine existing ones. With the aim of cultivating a supportive and inspiring community of writers, helpful feedback and productive conversations will be a signature of this workshop. All participants are welcome to bring up to five double-spaced pages from an ongoing project.
