An eight-week intensive where you'll dive deep into rewriting your feature film script, refining it to its highest potential. This course includes an accompanying workbook to use for life-time access to the materials and process that addresses character development, plot structure, dialogue refinement and distinctive world building. Throughout the course, you'll write four drafts in total, tackling exercises and assignments designed to push you to the most compelling version of your story. By the end, you'll emerge with an industry-level, polished screenplay that reflects your unique writing voice.
Optional: Want an extra hour of one-on-one attention? Spade will speak with you one-on-one for an extra hour of consultation time to discuss your project. She will read approx 30 pages of scripted material OR an outline/pitch document provided in advance of the meeting. Please choose this option in the drop-down menu when purchasing this workshop. This extra time will be scheduled directly with the instructor.

About the instructor...
Spade Robinson (www.atlantafilmproject.com) began curating scripts, films and documentary works in progress projects during her time at Sundance Institute, where she worked with the Feature Film Program, Documentary Film Program and Sundance Film Festival. During that time, she worked with hundreds of filmmakers to develop the most compelling versions of their stories. Underneath Rahdi Taylor of the DFP, she created a series of workshops to cultivate emerging filmmakers, building a pipeline into the funding opportunities there. In 2015, Spade founded Atlanta Film Project to support storytellers more democratically, around the world. Since then, she's worked with countless storytellers and companies, including HBO, FOX, Disney, Women In Film, Film Independent and Sundance, to this end.
