Welcome to the Dramatic Lab!

Under the umbrella of the Westport Writers Workshop, this new learning and community platform will focus on programming and events, specifically for screenwriting, playwriting, episodic television, sketch comedy and the spoken word.  In many of our classes, we will be committed to curating workshops around the needs of our community - in particular, grouping students who are writing in the same format (ie., half-hour, one-hour, feature-length) and phase in the writing process (ie., concept, outline, 1st draft, revision). If an offering below is filled, please email us to let us know you are interested in the next session and we will aim to hold your place. Also reach out if you are looking for something that is not listed or have any questions.
